Oversee and manage the weekend nursing staff, ensuring they are providing quality care to patients in accordance with company policies and procedures.<\/p>\n

Utilize clinical expertise to assess and monitor patients’ conditions, develop care plans, and provide hands-on nursing care as needed.<\/p>\n

Serve as a role model and mentor to nursing staff, providing guidance and support in their professional development.<\/p>\n

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement strategies for improving patient care and outcomes.<\/p>\n

Monitor and maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.<\/p>\n

Implement and enforce infection control and safety protocols to ensure a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff.<\/p>\n

Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to provide updates on patient care and address any concerns.<\/p>\n

Participate in staff meetings and trainings to stay up-to-date on industry standards and best practices.<\/p>\n

Adhere to all state and federal regulations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.<\/p>\n

Display strong leadership skills, including the ability to make difficult decisions, manage conflicts, and provide constructive feedback.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n

Active Rn Licensure: The Candidate Must Possess An Active And Unrestricted Registered Nurse License In The State Where The Facility Is Located.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Minimum Of 2 Years Of Clinical Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 2 Years Of Experience As A Registered Nurse In A Clinical Setting, Preferably In A Long-Term Care Or Skilled Nursing Facility.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Leadership Skills: The Weekend Rn Supervisor Will Be Responsible For Overseeing The Nursing Staff And Ensuring The Delivery Of High-Quality Care. Therefore, Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Delegate, Motivate, And Communicate Effectively, Are Essential.<\/p>\n

Knowledge Of Regulations And Standards: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of State And Federal Regulations Related To Long-Term Care Facilities And Be Able To Ensure Compliance With Those Regulations.<\/p>\n
