Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients’ communication abilities and needs.<\/p>\n
Design individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results and patients’ goals.<\/p>\n
Provide evidence-based and compassionate speech therapy services to patients.<\/p>\n
Implement therapy techniques and interventions to improve patients’ speech, language, and communication skills.<\/p>\n
Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.<\/p>\n
Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and strategies to support progress and carry over skills into daily life.<\/p>\n
Stay updated on advancements and changes in the field of speech therapy to provide the best possible care.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.<\/p>\n
Adhere to all ethical and legal standards in the provision of speech therapy services.<\/p>\n
Participate in team meetings and conferences to discuss patient progress and contribute to treatment planning.<\/p>\n
Provide supervision and mentorship to Speech Therapy Assistants and\/or Clinical Fellows as needed.<\/p>\n
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and infection control protocols.<\/p>\n
Continuously assess and improve own clinical skills through professional development opportunities.<\/p>\n
Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards patients, their families, and colleagues.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Master’s Degree In Speech-Language Pathology From An Accredited Program.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Certification Of Clinical Competence In Speech-Language Pathology (Ccc-Slp) From The American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (Asha).<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
State Licensure Or Eligibility For Licensure As A Speech-Language Pathologist.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Experience Working With A Variety Of Communication Disorders And Populations, Including Adults And Geriatric Patients.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Knowledge Of Evidence-Based Therapy Techniques And Ability To Create Individualized Treatment Plans Based On Patient Needs.<\/p>\n
