Provide high-quality and compassionate care to patients in accordance with best practices and company policies.<\/p>\n
Attend to patients’ physical, emotional and social needs, and develop individualized care plans.<\/p>\n
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.<\/p>\n
Monitor patients’ vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate medical staff.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure the best possible care for patients.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.<\/p>\n
Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.<\/p>\n
Adhere to infection control and safety protocols to maintain a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff.<\/p>\n
Participate in ongoing training and education to stay updated on best practices and developments in the healthcare field.<\/p>\n
Serve as an advocate for patients’ rights and needs.<\/p>\n
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions with patients, families, and colleagues.<\/p>\n
Demonstrate a positive attitude and excellent communication skills when interacting with patients, families, and colleagues.<\/p>\n
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including attendance and punctuality requirements.<\/p>\n

Bls\/Cpr Certification.<\/p>\n

Demonstrated Ability To Effectively Communicate With Patients, Families, And Healthcare Team Members.<\/p>\n
