Oversee and manage the daily operations of the nursing home facility.<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.<\/p>\n
Develop and implement effective strategies to improve the quality of care for residents.<\/p>\n
Hire, train, and supervise staff members to ensure a high level of performance and job satisfaction.<\/p>\n
Monitor and maintain the facility’s budget and financial performance.<\/p>\n
Foster a positive and supportive work environment for staff and create a culture of dignity, respect, and integrity.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans for residents.<\/p>\n
Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by residents, family members, or staff members.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate records and reports regarding facility operations and resident care.<\/p>\n
Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the facility.<\/p>\n
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in healthcare management.<\/p>\n
Serve as a liaison between the facility and external stakeholders, such as regulatory agencies and community organizations.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Active And Valid State License As A Nursing Home Administrator.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Healthcare Management Or Leadership Role.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Knowledge Of Federal And State Regulations Related To Long-Term Care Facilities.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
