Oversee the night shift nursing team and ensure efficient and effective delivery of care to patients.<\/p>\n
Provide leadership and direction to nursing staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with other members of the nursing management team to develop and implement strategies for improving patient care and outcomes.<\/p>\n
Monitor and evaluate the performance of nursing staff, providing constructive feedback and addressing any performance issues.<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards related to nursing care.<\/p>\n
Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and other healthcare team members.<\/p>\n
Assist with the development and implementation of individualized care plans for patients.<\/p>\n
Monitor and maintain accurate patient records and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy laws.<\/p>\n
Stay up-to-date with current nursing practices and trends, and implement new evidence-based practices as appropriate.<\/p>\n
Act as a resource for nursing staff, providing guidance and support for complex cases or situations.<\/p>\n
