Provide compassionate and exceptional care to patients and residents of PruittHealth.<\/p>\n
Assist residents with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.<\/p>\n
Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.<\/p>\n
Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals.<\/p>\n
Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting and transferring techniques.<\/p>\n
Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, following infection control protocols.<\/p>\n
Observe and report any changes in residents’ condition to the nursing team.<\/p>\n
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.<\/p>\n
Document all care provided accurately and timely in the resident’s medical record.<\/p>\n
Participate in interdisciplinary care team meetings and provide input on resident care plans.<\/p>\n
Adhere to all state and federal regulations and company policies and procedures.<\/p>\n
Attend and complete all required training and education programs.<\/p>\n
Continuously strive to improve the quality of care and services provided to residents.<\/p>\n
Demonstrate professionalism and a positive attitude towards residents, families, and team members.<\/p>\n
Maintain confidentiality of all resident and facility information.<\/p>\n
