Oversee and manage the daily operations of the nursing staff, including scheduling, assignments, and patient care.<\/p>\n
Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, including mentoring, training, and coaching.<\/p>\n
Monitor and evaluate the performance of nursing staff to ensure high-quality care is being provided to patients.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and therapists, to develop and implement patient care plans.<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.<\/p>\n
Serve as a role model for nursing staff, demonstrating compassionate and professional behavior in all interactions.<\/p>\n
Assess and address any patient or family concerns or complaints, working to resolve issues and maintain a positive patient experience.<\/p>\n
Participate in staff meetings and provide updates on departmental activities and concerns.<\/p>\n
Actively participate in the hiring and onboarding process for new nursing staff.<\/p>\n
Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the nursing department.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.<\/p>\n
Promote a culture of excellence and teamwork within the nursing department.<\/p>\n
Stay current on industry developments, best practices, and technological advancements in healthcare.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure seamless and coordinated care for patients.<\/p>\n
Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.<\/p>\n

Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Or Management Role In A Healthcare Setting.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Knowledge Of State And Federal Regulations Related To Long-Term Care Facilities And Experience With Quality Improvement Programs.<\/p>\n
