Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and ensure their satisfaction with our UPS systems.<\/p>\n
Conduct on-site maintenance and repairs of UPS systems for clients in a timely and efficient manner.<\/p>\n
Perform routine preventative maintenance on UPS systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity.<\/p>\n
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with UPS systems and develop effective solutions.<\/p>\n
Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to schedule service appointments and provide updates on maintenance and repairs.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Technical Expertise: A Ups Field Service Technician At Toshiba Should Possess A Strong Technical Background And Knowledge Of Ups Systems And Their Components. This Includes Understanding Of Electrical And Mechanical Components, Troubleshooting Techniques, And Knowledge Of Relevant Software And Tools.<\/p>\n

Experience In The Field: Candidates Should Have Previous Experience Working As A Field Service Technician, Preferably In The Ups Industry. This Experience Should Include Hands-On Work With Ups Systems And Related Equipment, As Well As Experience In Customer Service And Problem-Solving.<\/p>\n
