Conduct research and analysis on various metallurgical processes and materials to improve product quality and performance.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions for new and existing products.<\/p>\n
Design and conduct experiments to test new materials and processes, and evaluate their impact on product performance.<\/p>\n
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and external partners to source materials and stay informed on advancements in metallurgy.<\/p>\n
Monitor industry trends and developments in metallurgical engineering and make recommendations for incorporating them into Toshiba’s products and processes.<\/p>\n
Create and maintain detailed documentation of experiments, results, and processes for future reference and knowledge sharing.<\/p>\n
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to metallurgical processes and materials in a timely manner.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with quality control and production teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.<\/p>\n
Mentor and train junior engineers and technicians in metallurgical engineering principles and processes.<\/p>\n

Proficient In Metallurgical Analysis Techniques Such As Microscopy, Spectroscopy, And Mechanical Testing.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Strong Understanding Of Metallurgical Principles And Their Application In Materials Selection, Processing, And Failure Analysis.<\/p>\n

Familiarity With Industry Standards And Regulations Related To Metallurgical Processes And Materials, Such As Iso, Astm, And Semi.<\/p>\n
