Conduct thorough research and analysis of legal issues and provide recommendations to the legal team.<\/p>\n
Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies.<\/p>\n
Maintain organized and accurate legal files and documents.<\/p>\n
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to gather information and resolve legal matters.<\/p>\n

Act as a liaison between the legal department and external legal counsel.<\/p>\n

Strong Understanding Of Legal Terminology, Contracts, And Document Review.<\/p>\n
