Process customer orders: The Order to Cash Representative will be responsible for processing customer orders in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring that all necessary information and documentation is received and processed correctly.<\/p>\n
Handle customer payments: The representative will be responsible for managing customer payments, including invoicing, credit card processing, and resolving any payment discrepancies.<\/p>\n
Manage customer accounts: The representative will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer account information, including contact details, credit limits, and payment terms.<\/p>\n
Communicate with customers: The representative will be the main point of contact for customers regarding their orders, payments, and account inquiries. They will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues or concerns.<\/p>\n
