Oversee and manage all accounting and financial reporting activities for a specific country within Lexmark International.<\/p>\n
Ensure accuracy and compliance in all financial processes, including but not limited to, tax filings, financial statements, and internal controls.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with various departments and teams to gather necessary financial data and ensure timely and accurate reporting.<\/p>\n
Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for cost savings and efficiency.<\/p>\n
Stay up-to-date with relevant accounting standards and regulations in the specific country, ensuring compliance in all financial activities.<\/p>\n
Communicate and present financial information to senior management and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.<\/p>\n
Develop and maintain strong relationships with external auditors to ensure smooth and efficient audits.<\/p>\n
Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.<\/p>\n
Train and mentor junior team members, providing guidance on technical accounting matters and fostering a culture of continuous learning.<\/p>\n
Identify and implement process improvements to streamline financial processes and increase efficiency.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with the global finance team to share best practices and ensure consistency in accounting practices.<\/p>\n
Act as a key resource for all financial matters related to the specific country, providing insights and recommendations to support business decisions.<\/p>\n
Take ownership of special projects and ad hoc requests related to financial reporting for the specific country.<\/p>\n

Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Accounting And Reporting, Preferably In A Multinational Company Or In The Technology Industry<\/p>\n
