Manage and oversee the accounting and reporting processes for a designated country within Lexmark International, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international accounting principles and regulations.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with the finance team to develop and implement financial strategies and procedures for the designated country.<\/p>\n
Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and analyses for the designated country, ensuring timely and accurate submission to management.<\/p>\n
Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas of improvement, and make recommendations to management.<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.<\/p>\n
Handle month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals.<\/p>\n
Communicate with other departments and external stakeholders to provide financial information and support as needed.<\/p>\n
Stay updated on changes in international accounting regulations and standards, and ensure their implementation in the designated country.<\/p>\n
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in the accounting and reporting processes.<\/p>\n
Train and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.<\/p>\n
Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.<\/p>\n
Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive financial information.<\/p>\n
Adhere to company values and ethics, and promote a positive work culture within the finance team.<\/p>\n

Bachelor’s Degree In Accounting Or A Related Field<\/p>\n

Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Financial Reporting And Analysis, Preferably In A Multinational Company<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Strong Knowledge Of Us Gaap And Ifrs Accounting Standards<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Proficiency In Accounting Software And Reporting Tools, Such As Oracle And Hyperion, And Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills.<\/p>\n
