Lead and support the development and improvement of Lexmark’s products and processes through the application of chemical engineering principles.<\/p>\n
Conduct research and experiments to identify and implement innovative solutions for product and process optimization.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of chemical engineering principles into product design and development.<\/p>\n
Participate in the design and implementation of new manufacturing processes, including evaluating and selecting appropriate equipment and materials.<\/p>\n
Perform regular analysis and testing of products and processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety.<\/p>\n
Identify and troubleshoot issues related to product and process performance, and develop and implement appropriate solutions.<\/p>\n
Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and trends in chemical engineering, and make recommendations for their application to Lexmark’s operations.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate and detailed records of experiments, data, and results.<\/p>\n
Communicate findings, recommendations, and progress updates to relevant stakeholders, including management and other team members.<\/p>\n
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working with potentially hazardous chemicals.<\/p>\n
Mentor and train junior chemical engineers and other team members as needed.<\/p>\n
Continuously seek out opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with suppliers to source and evaluate new raw materials and chemicals.<\/p>\n
Follow company policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards.<\/p>\n
Contribute to the overall success of Lexmark by actively participating in meetings, providing input and feedback, and taking on additional responsibilities as needed.<\/p>\n

Strong Knowledge Of Chemical Processes, Design Principles, And Technology.<\/p>\n

Proficiency In Computer-Aided Design (Cad) And Other Engineering Software.<\/p>\n
