Implement and maintain HR information systems to support the organization’s human resources processes.<\/p>\n
Analyze and troubleshoot HRIS issues and provide timely resolution.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.<\/p>\n
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HRIS systems to ensure optimal functionality.<\/p>\n
Develop and conduct training programs for HRIS users.<\/p>\n
Ensure data accuracy and integrity in HRIS by performing regular audits and data clean-up.<\/p>\n
Generate reports and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations to HR leaders.<\/p>\n
Support the integration of new HR systems or updates to existing systems.<\/p>\n
Proactively identify and address potential system issues or roadblocks.<\/p>\n
Keep sensitive employee information confidential and comply with data privacy regulations.<\/p>\n
Act as a liaison between HR and IT teams to ensure smooth functioning of HRIS.<\/p>\n
Communicate HRIS updates and changes to relevant stakeholders and provide necessary training and support.<\/p>\n
Participate in testing and implementation of new HR systems.<\/p>\n
Continuously evaluate and enhance HRIS processes and procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy.<\/p>\n
Provide excellent customer service to all HRIS users and promptly address any inquiries or concerns.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s Degree In Human Resources, Information Systems, Or Related Field.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Hris Administration, Configuration, And Maintenance.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Strong Knowledge And Experience With Hris Systems, Such As Sap Successfactors, Workday, Or Oracle Hcm.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Experience With Data Analysis And Reporting, Including Proficiency In Sql And Microsoft Excel.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Troubleshoot Technical Issues.<\/p>\n
