Identify and troubleshoot technical issues with clients’ printing equipment.<\/p>\n
Perform onsite repairs and maintenance on Lexmark printers, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate records of service calls and equipment repairs.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with team members to develop and implement solutions for complex technical issues.<\/p>\n
Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and changes in printing technology.<\/p>\n
