Conduct thorough analyses of our current procure to record process to identify areas for improvement and inefficiencies.<\/p>\n
Design and implement solutions to optimize the P2R process, including streamlining workflows, automating tasks, and improving data accuracy.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, procurement, and IT, to ensure alignment and successful implementation of process improvements.<\/p>\n
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and documentation for the P2R process.<\/p>\n
Monitor and track key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of the P2R process and identify areas for further improvement.<\/p>\n
Train and educate team members on new processes and procedures to ensure smooth adoption and adherence.<\/p>\n
Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in procure to record processes, and proactively make recommendations for process enhancements.<\/p>\n
Identify potential risks and issues within the P2R process and work to mitigate them.<\/p>\n
Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes and make necessary adjustments to ensure ongoing process improvement.<\/p>\n
Serve as a subject matter expert on the P2R process, providing support and guidance to team members and stakeholders.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Procure To Record (P2R) Role, Preferably In A Large Multinational Corporation.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Strong Understanding Of Accounting Principles And Processes, With A Focus On Procure To Pay And Record To Report Processes.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Experience With Erp Systems, Specifically In P2R Modules, Such As Sap Or Oracle.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify Process Inefficiencies And Provide Recommendations For Improvement.<\/p>\n
