Manage and maintain all aspects of the SAP systems to ensure smooth operation and efficiency.<\/p>\n
Monitor system performance and proactively troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise.<\/p>\n
Perform regular system updates, patches, and upgrades to keep the SAP environment up-to-date.<\/p>\n
Configure and maintain system security and user access to ensure data integrity and compliance.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement new features and functionalities in the SAP systems.<\/p>\n
Develop and maintain technical documentation for all SAP systems and processes.<\/p>\n
Monitor system backups and disaster recovery procedures to ensure system availability and data protection.<\/p>\n
Plan and execute system maintenance tasks such as system refreshes, system copies, and system refreshes.<\/p>\n
Stay updated on the latest SAP technologies and trends and make recommendations for system improvements.<\/p>\n
Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and troubleshoot and resolve any user-reported issues.<\/p>\n
Work closely with the IT team to ensure seamless integration and communication between SAP and other business systems.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with external vendors and consultants for system upgrades and enhancements.<\/p>\n
Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support and maintenance activities.<\/p>\n
Adhere to all company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.<\/p>\n
Continuously evaluate and improve system performance and processes to ensure optimal efficiency and effectiveness.<\/p>\n

Strong Knowledge Of Sap Netweaver, Hana, And Other Sap Technologies.<\/p>\n

Experience In Managing And Troubleshooting Sap Systems, Including Installations, Upgrades, And Performance Tuning.<\/p>\n
