Verify the accuracy of payment information and resolve any discrepancies.<\/p>\n
Reconcile daily cash receipts with bank statements and internal records.<\/p>\n
Record and post payments to customer accounts.<\/p>\n
Communicate with customers regarding payment inquiries and issues.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any payment discrepancies or issues.<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all payment transactions.<\/p>\n
Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.<\/p>\n
Provide support to the finance team with other ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.<\/p>\n
Keep abreast of industry trends and changes in accounting principles to ensure accurate and efficient cash application processes.<\/p>\n
