Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Lexmark’s services and technology in order to effectively onboard clients.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with sales and account management teams to ensure a smooth transition for new clients.<\/p>\n
Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and guide them through the onboarding process.<\/p>\n
Create and maintain detailed onboarding plans for each client, ensuring all necessary steps are completed.<\/p>\n
Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the onboarding process, working closely with internal teams to resolve them.<\/p>\n
Conduct training sessions for clients on how to use Lexmark’s services and technology.<\/p>\n
Ensure all necessary documentation and contracts are completed accurately and in a timely manner.<\/p>\n
Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns.<\/p>\n
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and provide recommendations to management.<\/p>\n
Stay updated on industry trends and customer needs to continuously improve the onboarding experience.<\/p>\n
Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.<\/p>\n
Provide exceptional customer service and support to foster long-term relationships with clients.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and efficient onboarding process.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate records and reports regarding client onboarding activities.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s Degree In Business Administration, Human Resources, Or A Related Field.<\/p>\n

Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Onboarding New Employees, Preferably In A Services Or Technology Company.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Strong Understanding Of Hr Policies And Procedures, Including Employment Laws And Regulations.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work With Individuals At All Levels Of The Organization.<\/p>\n
