Oversee all accounting and financial reporting activities for designated country\/ies within the organization<\/p>\n
Ensure accuracy and compliance with international accounting standards and company policies and procedures<\/p>\n
Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets for the designated country\/ies<\/p>\n
Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and analyze trends and variances<\/p>\n
Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and implement necessary changes to ensure compliance<\/p>\n
Provide support for internal and external audits<\/p>\n
Communicate financial information and analysis to management and stakeholders<\/p>\n
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of accounting and reporting functions<\/p>\n
Train and mentor junior accounting staff, if applicable<\/p>\n
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including local authorities and auditors<\/p>\n
Assist with special projects and ad-hoc requests as needed.<\/p>\n

Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Accounting And Financial Reporting: Previous Experience In A Similar Role Is Required To Ensure Familiarity With The Complexities Of Country-Specific Accounting And Reporting Requirements.<\/p>\n
