Develop and implement supply chain strategies for the EMEA supplies business in alignment with overall company objectives.<\/p>\n
Optimize inventory levels to ensure adequate supply while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and operations to gather relevant data and insights to support supply planning decisions.<\/p>\n
Monitor demand patterns and work closely with sales and marketing teams to improve forecast accuracy.<\/p>\n
Continuously analyze and evaluate supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.<\/p>\n
Proactively identify potential supply chain risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.<\/p>\n
Ensure timely and accurate communication of supply plans to internal stakeholders and external suppliers.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with suppliers to manage supply and demand, resolve any supply issues, and improve supplier performance.<\/p>\n
Utilize supply chain planning tools and systems to support data analysis, forecasting, and decision-making.<\/p>\n
Mentor and train junior supply chain team members to support their development and growth within the organization.<\/p>\n
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in supply chain planning to ensure the company remains competitive.<\/p>\n
Comply with all company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards.<\/p>\n
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s Degree In Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Or A Related Field.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Planning, Ideally In A Multinational Company.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Strong Understanding Of Sales And Operations Planning (S&Op) Processes And Principles.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Supply Chain Issues Proactively.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Proficiency In Using Supply Chain Planning Software And Tools, Such As Sap, Oracle, Or Kinaxis, And Advanced Proficiency In Ms Excel.<\/p>\n
