Develop and maintain firmware for Lexmark’s imaging and printing products.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test new firmware features.<\/p>\n
Troubleshoot and debug firmware issues to ensure high-quality and reliable products.<\/p>\n
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in firmware technology.<\/p>\n
Participate in firmware code reviews to ensure code quality and compliance with coding standards.<\/p>\n
Ensure timely delivery of firmware projects and meet project deadlines.<\/p>\n
Develop and maintain technical documentation for firmware processes and procedures.<\/p>\n
Continuously improve and optimize firmware performance.<\/p>\n
Work closely with hardware engineers to ensure seamless integration of firmware with hardware components.<\/p>\n
Participate in team meetings and provide regular updates on firmware development progress.<\/p>\n
Mentor and provide guidance to junior firmware engineers.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with the product management team to understand product requirements and translate them into firmware specifications.<\/p>\n
Conduct research and feasibility studies to identify new opportunities for improving firmware functionality and features.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Experience With Embedded Systems And Real-Time Operating Systems.<\/p>\n

Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Firmware Development, Preferably In The Printer Industry.<\/p>\n

Strong Knowledge Of Programming Languages Such As C, C++, And Assembly.<\/p>\n
