Oversee and manage all aspects of the manufacturing site operations, including production, quality control, and safety procedures.<\/p>\n
Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity.<\/p>\n
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous improvement initiatives.<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.<\/p>\n
Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve production targets and maintain a positive work environment.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, supply chain, and finance, to optimize processes and meet business objectives.<\/p>\n
Manage site budget and resources effectively to maximize profitability.<\/p>\n
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials.<\/p>\n
Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions to maintain a safe working environment.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
