Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s overall business objectives and goals.<\/p>\n
Oversee all aspects of the plant’s human resources operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with plant managers and department heads to identify and address HR needs and challenges.<\/p>\n
Create and maintain a positive work culture that promotes employee engagement, productivity, and retention.<\/p>\n
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and employment laws to ensure compliance and make recommendations for improvements.<\/p>\n
Manage and evaluate the performance of HR staff members, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities as needed.<\/p>\n
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure fair and consistent treatment of employees.<\/p>\n
Conduct investigations and resolve employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner.<\/p>\n
Manage the plant’s compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews and employee benefits enrollment.<\/p>\n
Work closely with the corporate HR team to ensure consistency and alignment with company-wide policies and initiatives.<\/p>\n
Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including employee development, career progression, and conflict resolution.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational development initiatives and drive continuous improvement.<\/p>\n
Prepare and present HR reports and data analysis to senior management on a regular basis.<\/p>\n

Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws And Regulations.<\/p>\n
