Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure the highest level of product quality and safety.<\/p>\n
Manage and lead a team of quality assurance professionals to ensure all quality standards are met.<\/p>\n
Conduct regular audits and inspections of the plant and its processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions.<\/p>\n
Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements.<\/p>\n
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality of incoming materials.<\/p>\n
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in quality assurance to continuously improve processes and procedures.<\/p>\n
Train and mentor employees on quality procedures and standards to ensure a culture of quality and excellence.<\/p>\n
Manage and maintain all quality records and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.<\/p>\n
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall quality of products.<\/p>\n
Communicate regularly with upper management and provide updates on quality metrics and improvement initiatives.<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.<\/p>\n
Act as the main point of contact for any quality-related issues or concerns from customers or regulatory agencies.<\/p>\n
Develop and manage budgets and resources for the quality assurance department.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s Degree In Quality Assurance, Engineering, Or A Related Field.<\/p>\n

Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Quality Assurance Or Quality Control Role Within A Manufacturing Environment.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Knowledge Of Quality Management Systems And Quality Control Tools, Such As Six Sigma And Statistical Process Control.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Of Quality Assurance Professionals.<\/p>\n
