Oversee the day-to-day operations of the plant and ensure all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.<\/p>\n
Lead and manage a team of plant employees, providing direction, guidance, and support to achieve company goals and objectives.<\/p>\n
Ensure the plant is in compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.<\/p>\n
Develop and implement strategies to improve plant performance, productivity, and quality.<\/p>\n
Monitor and analyze plant metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process optimization.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication across departments.<\/p>\n
Train and develop team members to maintain a high level of performance and promote a positive work culture.<\/p>\n
Monitor and manage plant budget, including expenses for materials, equipment, and labor.<\/p>\n
Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise within the plant and escalate to upper management when necessary.<\/p>\n
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices and implement them into the plant operations as appropriate.<\/p>\n
