Develop and implement financial planning and analysis strategies for the metal division of Ball Corporation.<\/p>\n
Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.<\/p>\n
Manage the day-to-day accounting operations for the metal division, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and company policies.<\/p>\n
Lead the development and maintenance of financial models and tools to support decision making and drive business growth.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic planning and decision-making.<\/p>\n
Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and revenue growth within the metal division.<\/p>\n
Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing regular updates and insights to senior management.<\/p>\n
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including department heads, external auditors, and other business partners.<\/p>\n
Ensure accuracy and integrity of all financial data and records, adhering to company policies and procedures.<\/p>\n
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continually improve financial processes and procedures.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field<\/p>\n

Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Financial Planning And Analysis, Preferably In The Metal Industry<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Strong Understanding Of Gaap And Financial Reporting Requirements<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Experience Managing A Team And Developing Staff<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
