Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and profitability for regional accounts within the healthcare industry.<\/p>\n
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, and Consumer sectors.<\/p>\n
Utilize market knowledge and industry trends to identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.<\/p>\n
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Ball Corporation’s products and services, as well as those of our competitors.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers.<\/p>\n
Monitor and analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and make strategic recommendations.<\/p>\n
Train and mentor sales team members to ensure a high level of performance and customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n
Represent Ball Corporation at industry events and conferences to network and promote our products and services.<\/p>\n
Negotiate and close sales contracts with regional accounts, ensuring profitability and alignment with company goals.<\/p>\n
Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field<\/p>\n

Strong Leadership Skills And Proven Ability To Manage And Develop A Team<\/p>\n
