Collaborate with experienced training professionals to develop and deliver technical training programs.<\/p>\n
Utilize engineering knowledge to understand and effectively teach technical concepts.<\/p>\n
Conduct research and gather information to support the development of training materials.<\/p>\n
Participate in the delivery of training sessions, ensuring a high-quality learning experience for participants.<\/p>\n
Assist in the coordination and logistics of training programs, including scheduling and logistics.<\/p>\n
Communicate with team members and stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of training programs.<\/p>\n
Continuously assess and evaluate training programs to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments.<\/p>\n
