Develop and implement long-term transportation strategies that align with the city’s goals and objectives.<\/p>\n
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the transportation department, including budget management and staff supervision.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with other city departments, stakeholders, and community organizations to identify transportation needs and develop solutions.<\/p>\n
Monitor and analyze transportation data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.<\/p>\n
Lead and manage transportation projects, from conception to completion, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.<\/p>\n
Stay informed about current transportation trends, policies, and regulations to inform decision-making.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s Degree In Transportation Management, Logistics, Or A Related Field.<\/p>\n

Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Transportation Management, Preferably In A Government Or Municipal Setting.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Knowledge Of Local, State, And Federal Transportation Laws And Regulations.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Strong Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team.<\/p>\n
