Manage and oversee the financial operations of the plant, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.<\/p>\n
Develop and maintain financial controls and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.<\/p>\n
Provide financial analysis and insight to support decision-making and drive business performance.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies and initiatives to support the overall goals of the company.<\/p>\n
Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget and forecast, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for cost savings.<\/p>\n
Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes, including the preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules.<\/p>\n
Manage and lead a team of financial professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the team’s success.<\/p>\n
Partner with plant leadership to develop and track key performance indicators to measure plant performance and identify areas for improvement.<\/p>\n
Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.<\/p>\n
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure the plant’s financial practices are in line with best practices and legal requirements.<\/p>\n
Serve as a liaison between the plant and corporate finance teams, providing financial information and analysis as needed.<\/p>\n
Communicate financial results and recommendations to plant and corporate leadership in a clear and concise manner.<\/p>\n
Proactively identify and address any potential financial risks or issues and develop action plans to mitigate them.<\/p>\n
Act as a champion for a culture of continuous improvement and cost-consciousness within the plant.<\/p>\n
Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner at all times.<\/p>\n

5+ Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Plant Environment<\/p>\n

Strong Understanding Of Accounting Principles And Financial Analysis<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Experience With Budgeting, Forecasting, And Variance Analysis<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
