Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and processes.<\/p>\n
Source, screen, and identify top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.<\/p>\n
Conduct phone and in-person interviews with potential candidates to assess their qualifications and cultural fit.<\/p>\n
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.<\/p>\n
Manage the candidate experience by providing timely and professional communication and updates throughout the hiring process.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and information in the applicant tracking system.<\/p>\n
Assist with onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.<\/p>\n
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve the hiring process.<\/p>\n
Represent the company at job fairs and other recruitment events.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions and requirements.<\/p>\n
Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates to establish a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.<\/p>\n
Support diversity and inclusion initiatives in talent acquisition efforts.<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with all hiring laws and regulations.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n
Knowledge Of Recruiting Best Practices And Techniques, Including Sourcing, Screening, And Interviewing.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Candidates And Hiring Managers.<\/p>\n
