Develop and implement HR strategies and policies to support the overall goals and objectives of the organization.<\/p>\n
Oversee all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and training and development.<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.<\/p>\n
Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement, retention, and growth.<\/p>\n
Provide leadership and coaching to the HR team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with department leaders to identify and address talent management needs and develop effective solutions.<\/p>\n
Conduct regular audits and analyze HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement.<\/p>\n
Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance and counsel to managers and employees.<\/p>\n
Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and training providers.<\/p>\n
Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in HR management to continuously improve and innovate our processes.<\/p>\n
Prepare and manage the HR budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.<\/p>\n
