Develop and implement environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures in accordance with relevant regulations and standards.<\/p>\n
Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with EHS policies and procedures.<\/p>\n
Provide training and education to employees on EHS regulations, policies, and procedures.<\/p>\n
Investigate and report on incidents, accidents, and near misses, and develop corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with management and department heads to identify and resolve EHS-related issues.<\/p>\n
Monitor and track EHS performance metrics and report on progress to management.<\/p>\n
Stay up-to-date on changes in EHS regulations and effectively communicate any updates to relevant parties.<\/p>\n
Manage EHS documentation and maintain accurate records of inspections, incidents, and training.<\/p>\n
Facilitate safety meetings and promote a culture of safety throughout the organization.<\/p>\n
Lead emergency response efforts and coordinate with appropriate authorities as needed.<\/p>\n
Conduct risk assessments and develop risk management plans for high-risk activities.<\/p>\n
Provide guidance and support to employees regarding EHS-related concerns or questions.<\/p>\n
Oversee the management of hazardous materials and waste in compliance with regulations.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to ensure compliance with EHS regulations and standards.<\/p>\n
Serve as a role model for safety and encourage employees to prioritize safety in all aspects of their work.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s Degree In Occupational Health And Safety, Environmental Science, Or Related Field.<\/p>\n

Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Role In Ehs Or Related Field.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Osha Regulations And Environmental Compliance Standards.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills To Effectively Train And Supervise Employees.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
