Collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of product inventory.<\/p>\n
Manage the PIPO (Purchase In Purchase Out) process to ensure efficient and accurate inventory management.<\/p>\n
Monitor and analyze inventory levels to identify potential risks or opportunities for improvement.<\/p>\n
Develop and maintain strong relationships with third-party vendors to ensure smooth and effective communication.<\/p>\n
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including demand planning, production, and logistics, to ensure alignment and efficiency in inventory management.<\/p>\n
Conduct regular audits and quality checks of third-party inventory to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.<\/p>\n
Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement in inventory management processes.<\/p>\n
Proactively identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in inventory levels or data.<\/p>\n
Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels and minimize waste.<\/p>\n
Communicate inventory status and updates to relevant stakeholders, including management and cross-functional teams.<\/p>\n
Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to inventory management.<\/p>\n
Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices in supply chain management to identify potential areas for improvement.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with IT and other teams to implement and optimize inventory management systems.<\/p>\n
Train and mentor team members as needed.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate and organized records and documentation related to inventory management.<\/p>\n
