Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to drive sales and increase brand visibility.<\/p>\n
Create and maintain visually appealing product displays that adhere to company and brand guidelines.<\/p>\n
Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for optimal product placement and inventory management.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of merchandising plans.<\/p>\n
Conduct store visits and provide guidance and support to retail partners on merchandising best practices.<\/p>\n
Train and mentor team members on merchandising techniques and standards.<\/p>\n
Stay updated on market trends and consumer behavior to inform merchandising decisions.<\/p>\n
Manage inventory levels and make recommendations for product assortment based on sales data.<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation standards in product handling and display.<\/p>\n
Communicate with sales and marketing teams to provide insights and recommendations for new product launches and promotions.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Merchandising, Preferably In The Consumer Goods Industry.<\/p>\n

Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, Able To Build Relationships With Stakeholders And Negotiate With Vendors.<\/p>\n
