Develop and implement merchandising strategies to effectively showcase Kellogg’s products and drive sales.<\/p>\n
Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for merchandising.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment and consistency in merchandising efforts.<\/p>\n
Create visually appealing and impactful product displays in stores, utilizing innovative and creative techniques.<\/p>\n
Monitor and analyze sales data to measure the effectiveness of merchandising strategies and make necessary adjustments.<\/p>\n
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors’ merchandising efforts to inform and improve Kellogg’s strategies.<\/p>\n
Work closely with retailers and distributors to ensure proper placement and promotion of Kellogg’s products.<\/p>\n
Train and educate store employees on merchandising standards and best practices.<\/p>\n
Manage budget and resources effectively to maximize impact and ROI of merchandising efforts.<\/p>\n
Continuously evaluate and improve merchandising processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.<\/p>\n

Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Merchandising, Preferably In The Food Industry.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Strong Understanding Of Merchandising Principles And Techniques, Including Product Placement, Space Management, And Visual Merchandising.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Retail Partners And Internal Stakeholders.<\/p>\n

Proficiency In Data Analysis And The Ability To Use Insights To Make Informed Merchandising Decisions That Drive Sales And Increase Brand Visibility.<\/p>\n
