Develop and implement sanitation policies and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety in our manufacturing facilities.<\/p>\n
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with sanitation protocols and regulations.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address any sanitation issues or concerns.<\/p>\n
Train and educate employees on proper sanitation practices, including proper handling and storage of food products.<\/p>\n
Monitor and maintain inventory of sanitation supplies and equipment, and coordinate with vendors for timely restocking.<\/p>\n
Conduct regular testing and analysis of sanitation procedures and make recommendations for improvements.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate records and documentation of all sanitation activities and results.<\/p>\n
Stay updated on industry standards and regulations related to food safety and sanitation, and implement necessary changes to ensure compliance.<\/p>\n
Respond to any sanitation emergencies or incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.<\/p>\n
Communicate with management and other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient sanitation process.<\/p>\n
Lead and supervise a team of sanitation workers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work.<\/p>\n
Continuously strive to improve sanitation processes and procedures to enhance overall quality and efficiency.<\/p>\n
Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s Degree In Food Science, Microbiology, Or Related Field.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Food Safety And Sanitation In A Manufacturing Environment.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Knowledge Of Food Safety Regulations And Standards (E.g. Fda, Haccp, Gmp).<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Strong Communication And Leadership Skills To Effectively Train And Supervise Sanitation Team.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
