Develop and maintain a comprehensive process safety management program in line with Kellogg’s safety standards and regulatory requirements.<\/p>\n
Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and recommend solutions to mitigate risks.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement safety protocols and procedures across all departments.<\/p>\n
Train and educate employees on process safety protocols and procedures to ensure compliance and promote a safety culture.<\/p>\n
Monitor and analyze process safety data to identify trends and areas for improvement.<\/p>\n
Stay updated on industry best practices and regulations related to process safety management.<\/p>\n
Lead investigations into any safety incidents or near misses, and develop action plans to prevent future occurrences.<\/p>\n
Work closely with external agencies and stakeholders to ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate documentation and records related to process safety management.<\/p>\n
Continuously identify opportunities for process safety improvements and drive initiatives to implement them.<\/p>\n
Communicate regularly with management and employees to promote awareness and understanding of process safety and its importance.<\/p>\n
Conduct regular reviews and updates of the process safety management program to ensure its effectiveness and relevance.<\/p>\n
Serve as a point of contact for any process safety-related inquiries or concerns.<\/p>\n
Act as a champion for process safety, promoting a culture of safety throughout the organization.<\/p>\n
Participate in emergency response planning and drills to ensure preparedness for any potential incidents.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s Degree In Engineering, Chemistry, Or A Related Field.<\/p>\n

Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Process Safety Management Or Related Field, Preferably In The Food Industry.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Knowledge And Understanding Of Osha Process Safety Management (Psm) And Epa Risk Management Program (Rmp) Regulations.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Mitigate Potential Process Safety Hazards.<\/p>\n
