Develop and maintain strong relationships with business leaders in the MENAT region to understand their financial needs and challenges.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute strategic plans and initiatives to drive financial performance and growth.<\/p>\n
Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions, including budgeting, forecasting, and risk assessment.<\/p>\n
Monitor and analyze financial KPIs and variances to identify potential issues and opportunities for improvement.<\/p>\n
Conduct regular financial reviews and present findings and recommendations to senior management.<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations.<\/p>\n
Develop and implement financial controls and processes to mitigate financial risks.<\/p>\n
Lead and support financial planning and reporting processes for the MENAT region.<\/p>\n
Partner with business leaders to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize financial resources.<\/p>\n
Stay updated on industry and market trends to provide relevant insights and recommendations to support business growth.<\/p>\n
Mentor and train junior finance team members in financial analysis, planning, and reporting.<\/p>\n
Continuously review and improve financial processes and systems to increase efficiency and accuracy.<\/p>\n
Represent the finance team in cross-functional meetings and discussions.<\/p>\n
Maintain a strong understanding of Kellogg’s business objectives and align financial strategies accordingly.<\/p>\n
Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the finance team and the broader organization.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s Or Master’s Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Financial Planning And Analysis, Preferably In A Multinational Corporation.<\/p>\n

Strong Understanding Of Financial Statements, Budgeting, Forecasting, And Variance Analysis.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Experience In Providing Financial Support And Guidance To Business Units In The Menat Region.<\/p>\n
