Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment plans.<\/p>\n
Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.<\/p>\n
Actively participate in job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment initiatives to expand the candidate pool.<\/p>\n
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment and selection processes.<\/p>\n
Use data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.<\/p>\n
Serve as a brand ambassador for the company, promoting our values and culture to potential candidates.<\/p>\n
Provide timely and effective communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.<\/p>\n

Previous Experience In Recruitment And Selection, Preferably In A Fast-Paced Environment.<\/p>\n

Familiarity With Recruitment Tools And Platforms, Such As Job Boards And Applicant Tracking Systems.<\/p>\n
