Collaborate with a team of engineers and cross-functional departments to develop and optimize processes for Kellogg’s global food products.<\/p>\n
Utilize cutting-edge technology and innovative thinking to improve efficiency and quality of processes.<\/p>\n
Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.<\/p>\n
Create and maintain detailed process documentation, including standard operating procedures and process flow diagrams.<\/p>\n
Monitor and analyze process performance data to identify and troubleshoot issues.<\/p>\n
Develop and implement process control strategies to ensure consistency and quality of products.<\/p>\n
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce waste.<\/p>\n
Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and trends to identify potential process improvements.<\/p>\n
Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all processes align with company goals and standards.<\/p>\n

Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians on processes and procedures.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s Degree In Chemical Engineering Or Related Field.<\/p>\n

At Least 2 Years Of Experience In A Process Engineering Role, Preferably In The Food Or Beverage Industry.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Process Improvement Methodologies, Such As Six Sigma Or Lean.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Proficient In Using Process Engineering Software, Such As Autocad Or Aspentech.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Process Issues Quickly And Effectively.<\/p>\n
