Greet and welcome potential candidates to the Kellogg’s Programa de Est\u00e1gio Brasil in S\u00e3o Paulo.<\/p>\n
Provide information about the program and its objectives to interested individuals.<\/p>\n
Screen and review resumes, cover letters, and other application materials.<\/p>\n
Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the program.<\/p>\n
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and department heads.<\/p>\n
Facilitate the onboarding process for selected candidates, including completing necessary paperwork and background checks.<\/p>\n
Plan and coordinate orientation sessions for new interns.<\/p>\n
Assign mentors to interns and ensure they receive proper training and guidance.<\/p>\n
Monitor the progress and performance of interns throughout the program.<\/p>\n
Organize networking events and activities for interns to build relationships and expand their professional network.<\/p>\n
Serve as a point of contact for interns and address any questions or concerns they may have.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify potential full-time job opportunities for successful interns.<\/p>\n
Continuously assess and improve the program to ensure a valuable and meaningful experience for interns.<\/p>\n
Represent Kellogg’s and the Programa de Est\u00e1gio Brasil in S\u00e3o Paulo at recruitment events and career fairs.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.<\/p>\n

Fluent In Portuguese And English, With Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills.<\/p>\n

Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Think Critically And Strategically.<\/p>\n

Prior Internship Or Work Experience In A Related Field, Preferably In The Fmcg Industry.<\/p>\n
