Develop and maintain financial plans and budgets for the plant operations, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.<\/p>\n
Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to drive cost savings, improve efficiency, and support decision-making.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with plant leadership to identify opportunities for growth and profitability, and develop actionable plans to achieve them.<\/p>\n
Monitor and report on key financial metrics, highlighting trends and recommending corrective actions when necessary.<\/p>\n
Implement and maintain financial controls and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.<\/p>\n
Communicate financial results and forecasts to plant and corporate leadership, providing recommendations and insights for improvement.<\/p>\n
Lead or participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive continuous improvement and optimize plant performance.<\/p>\n
Stay updated on industry and market trends, and provide recommendations for adapting to changing economic conditions.<\/p>\n
Foster a culture of financial accountability and transparency within the plant, providing guidance and training to non-finance team members as needed.<\/p>\n
Represent the plant in financial discussions and negotiations with internal and external stakeholders.<\/p>\n

Participate in the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with plant and company objectives.<\/p>\n
