Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the plant, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.<\/p>\n
Develop and implement strategies to improve plant operations and increase productivity.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s Degree In Engineering Or Related Field: A Plant Operations Services Manager At Kellogg Must Possess A Strong Technical Background In Order To Effectively Oversee And Manage The Various Plant Operations.<\/p>\n

Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role: Kellogg Seeks Candidates With A Proven Track Record In Managing Plant Operations, Including Maintenance, Production, And Quality Control.<\/p>\n
