Develop and maintain a comprehensive maintenance plan for all equipment and facilities within Kellogg’s production facilities.<\/p>\n
Coordinate with various departments to schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks and minimize production downtime.<\/p>\n
Monitor equipment performance and identify potential maintenance needs or areas for improvement.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with maintenance technicians and engineers to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues in a timely manner.<\/p>\n
Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track maintenance activities, manage work orders, and generate reports.<\/p>\n
Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and new technologies to continuously improve maintenance processes and procedures.<\/p>\n
Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to ensure they are in compliance with safety and quality standards.<\/p>\n
Develop and manage a budget for maintenance expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.<\/p>\n
Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and address any concerns.<\/p>\n
Assist in training and mentoring new maintenance team members.<\/p>\n
Manage inventory of spare parts and supplies to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.<\/p>\n
