Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and provide design solutions that meet their needs.<\/p>\n
Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.<\/p>\n
Lead and mentor a team of designers to ensure consistent and cohesive design output.<\/p>\n
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the effectiveness of point of sale materials.<\/p>\n
Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify consumer insights and incorporate them into design strategies.<\/p>\n
Oversee the production process and ensure materials are delivered on time and within budget.<\/p>\n
Maintain brand consistency across all point of sale materials.<\/p>\n
Communicate and present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders and receive feedback to make necessary revisions.<\/p>\n
Monitor and track the performance of point of sale materials and provide recommendations for improvements.<\/p>\n
Ensure all designs meet legal and regulatory requirements.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n

Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Point Of Sale Marketing (Posm) Design, Preferably In The Food Industry.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Strong Design Portfolio Showcasing Expertise In Developing Creative And Effective Posm Solutions.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Proficient In Design Software Such As Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, And 3D Modeling Programs.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
