Develop and deliver engaging and informative lectures and class materials to students in the Management department.<\/p>\n
Create and grade assignments, exams, and other assessments to evaluate student understanding and progress.<\/p>\n
Provide individualized support and guidance to students, helping them to achieve their academic goals.<\/p>\n
Stay current on industry trends and developments in the field of management, and incorporate relevant information into teaching materials.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with other faculty members to ensure consistency and quality in the curriculum.<\/p>\n
Work with department colleagues to develop and revise course materials, as needed.<\/p>\n
Maintain regular office hours to meet with students and provide academic support and guidance.<\/p>\n
Participate in department and faculty meetings and events, contributing to the overall success and growth of the department.<\/p>\n
Adhere to all university policies and procedures, as well as maintain academic integrity in all aspects of teaching and grading.<\/p>\n
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for students of diverse backgrounds and abilities.<\/p>\n
