Develop and deliver engaging and informative lectures on finance and innovation to undergraduate and graduate students.<\/p>\n
Create and update course materials, including syllabi, lesson plans, and assignments, to ensure they align with department and university standards.<\/p>\n
Provide timely and constructive feedback on student performance and progress.<\/p>\n
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and promotes critical thinking.<\/p>\n
Stay current with industry trends and developments in finance and innovation to enhance the relevance and applicability of course content.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with other faculty members to develop and implement innovative teaching methods and strategies.<\/p>\n
Hold regular office hours to provide additional support and guidance to students outside of class.<\/p>\n
Participate in faculty meetings, departmental events, and university committees as required.<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with university policies and procedures, including grading deadlines and academic integrity standards.<\/p>\n
Continuously evaluate and improve teaching techniques and approaches to enhance student learning outcomes.<\/p>\n
Actively engage in professional development activities, including attending conferences and workshops, to enhance subject matter expertise and teaching skills.<\/p>\n
Maintain regular communication with department administrators and fellow faculty members to ensure effective coordination and delivery of courses.<\/p>\n
Serve as a mentor and advisor to students, providing guidance on academic and career-related matters.<\/p>\n
Represent the university and the department in a professional manner at all times.<\/p>\n
Uphold the values and mission of the university and promote a positive image of the institution to students, colleagues, and the broader community.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
A Minimum Of A Master’s Degree In Finance Or A Related Field, With A Strong Understanding Of Innovation And Entrepreneurship Concepts.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Prior Teaching Experience In A University Or College Setting, With A Focus On Finance And\/Or Innovation Courses.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Industry Experience In Finance And Innovation, Preferably In A Leadership Or Managerial Role.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Convey Complex Concepts To Students.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Familiarity With Current Trends And Developments In The Fields Of Finance And Innovation, And A Commitment To Staying Up-To-Date With Industry Changes And Advancements.<\/p>\n
